You can take out unaware enemies from behind silently, but it will take a few moments - once you unlock the Knife Kill skill, you can use up a throwing knife to silently kill them much faster.Įarly on in Aiden's adventure, you'll become infected with the zombie virus, but you won't turn immediately into the walking dead.Enemy humans will try blocking your attacks if you get too aggressive, but a simple kick can render them defenseless to a follow up attack.Unlocking the dropkick ability will allow you to forcibly knock opponents from the rooftops with ease.Like Parkour Points, Combat Points can be invested into skills to give you a fighting edge, including the ability to dropkick enemies, parry or dodge at just the right time, and even utilize knives or bows to stealth fighting. Almost anything can be climbed or jumped to and from - but if you're looking for indicators of where you go, always look for the yellow marks: yellow bars, yellow cloth on a ledge, and yellow signs. You'll automatically run everywhere you go, and running without hitting anything will let you move even faster. The more you gain Parkour Points from leveling up, the more you can invest in new parkour techniques like wall-running, sliding, moving faster, and even jumping off enemies for an added boost. Aiden's arrival to Villedor in search of people important to him leaves him newly infected and new to the city, and he'll have to work hard to earn the trust of the people of Villedor. You play as Aiden Caldwell, who is known as a Pilgrim: one of the few brave enough to still travel the world in this apocalypse. After GRE Scientist experiments for a cure resulted in the virus getting loose in the city, and the military authorizing chemical weapons to try and stop the spread, Villedor became as much of a prison as it was a haven. During the start of the infection, Villedor was walled off from the rest of the world, which ended up being its saving grace.
